Shift Stuff offers regular work to self-employed owner-drivers. You’ll pick up and deliver a wide variety of items from businesses, houses and flats across your local area. These items can range from single items of furniture, couches, house moves, flat moves, and student moves among many other things.

The items being transported come in various shapes and sizes, with you already providing a professional Man With a Van Hire service you’ll know just how demanding it can be. The responsibility is on you each time to give our customers a great service and be on time every time.

What do you need?

You’ll be working under the “Shift Stuff” brand which means you’ll have a professional high standard to keep at all times.

You’ll need access to your own clean, tidy and presentable van with the relevant insurances and a full UK driving license.

You’ll be clean, smart, flexible, motivated, obliging, and presentable and be in good physical health to complete the jobs you receive.

You’ll take great care of customer’s items whilst they are under your responsibility and remain friendly with a good positive attitude when under pressure.

You’ll solve problems with customers and in the unlikely event that an item or property is damaged you’ll take the relevant measures to rectify it.

You’ll have a desire to deliver top customer service, always put the customer first and take pride in the work you do for Shift Stuff.
