Q. How much manpower can you supply?

A. We can supply 1, 2 or 3 men per van.

 

Q. If I hire the van and driver and we load the van is it cheaper?

A. Yes, it’s slightly cheaper to self-load.

 

Q. Are my items fully insured from start to finish?

A. Everything inside the van is insured against damage caused by our negligence up to the value of £10000 whilst in transit.

 

Q. If your men damage my home is it insured?

A. Each property is covered with property liability insurance which means its fully insured.

 

Q. I need a removal company with public liability insurance?

A. We have public liability insurance and all members of the public are fully insured.

 

Q. Are your vans clean and tidy?

A. All our vans are clean and tidy, if a job is slightly messy we use a suitable vehicle for the job.

 

Q. Can I get a receipt / invoice?

A. Each job that is completed the customer can request a receipt or invoice from the driver.

 

Q. Can I pay by card?

A. You can pay by card however a small processing fee is added on top.

 

Q. How much does it cost for a van with a driver?

A. Each job is priced separately according to the distance travelled, number of men required, amount of items going and the level the property is on.

 

Q. Can I leave you a review about your services?

A. Please contact us with your job reference number and we will send you the link to where you can leave a review.

 

Q. I now have more stuff going than what I thought and the driver is here, will it cost more?

A. If there is more items going than originally priced for there will be an additional charge.
